TGIF Everyone! Today, I am pleased to mention my most interesting find for this week, The Asian Pacific Islanders of Etsy Team! You really must check out this new team and be sure to stop by and show some love. I have spoken with Catherine of the Asian Pacific Islanders Team and here is what I learned:
Asian Pacific Islanders of Etsy Team was started in order to build a strong community on Etsy. Some of our goals include:
Sharing our different traditions and celebrating them.
Offering support to fellow teammates and other Asian Pacific Islanders across the internet
Helping to make our shops more visible through promotion
Helping to promote other shops and people in the spirit of goodwill
We just started the team recently, and are still very small; we’re
always open to new members. Anyone who is willing to learn, share,
promote, and support the team is welcome to join (even people who aren’t
of Asian Pacific Islander descent)!
